Time-Limited Therapy:
Psychodynamic psychotherapy can also work in a time limited way. This works by providing a specific area or focus in the work, for instance specific to a relationship problem, work, etc.
With time limited therapy, we would work towards an agreed schedule that includes breaks or planned absences during the 12 weeks. During this time, the sessions might bring awareness to other areas of your life you may feel would benefit from exploration. If this occurs, or if your needs change and you feel you would like to access more sessions, we can explore a number of options to support your needs.
